Spotswood Community Orchestra The mission of the SCO is to perform concerts to benefit the community service organizations that give assistance to our neighbors here in the Greater Fredericksburg area. The conductor, musicians, and support/administrative staff will all donate their time and abilities to this cause, enabling 100% of the proceeds to go to the designated agency. No funds will be diverted to cover administrative costs.
